🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- North India: 2-4 business day
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days

How do you ship your orders?
All orders are dispatched through private courier partners within 72 business hours. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the number of cars in your order:
- 1 car - INR 80
- 2–4 cars - INR 100
- 5–8 cars - INR 150
- 9+ cars - INR 200

Do you ship pan-India?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across India & ship through trusted logistics partners like Delhivery & Xpressbees.

How is my order packaged?
We take packaging very seriously. Every order is packed using the best packaging in the industry to ensure your models arrive in perfect condition. Before packing, we share photos of your ordered items & post packaging we share photo your packed parcel.

💳 Payment & COD

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available on orders with minimum order value of ₹499 & maximum ₹2,999. A small partial/advance payment of ₹89 is required to confirm the COD order. COD orders are only processed after call confirmation; someone from our team will reach out to the respective customer within 24 hours of order placement to confirm the COD order. COD orders are cancelled automatically in case the customer is unreachable over the phone or has previously defaulted on partial payment/refused to accept the previous order from the courier partner. Please note :- We don't levy any COD convenience fee. For orders less than ₹499 & above ₹2,999, please use an online payment method.

📦 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns & exchange only for wrong items . If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unpacking video of your order on our e-mail id or contact number.

How do I report a damaged item?
Email us or reach out via our Contact Us page with:
1. Your order number
2. Unpacking video of your order
3. A brief description of the issue
We'll review your case and get back to you promptly. Please read the product's condition carefully before placing an order, if there is any defect major/minor, we have mentioned about the same in the heading of each product and such claims will not be entertained for refunds.

Do you offer refunds?
Partial refunds are processed for verified damaged items only. All other sales are final. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For COD orders, refunds are processed in the form of store credits.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/whatsapp to monitor your delivery.
