Shipping policy

At Wheels Culture, we take pride in ensuring that your collectibles are shipped safely and securely. Our packaging is designed to protect your items so they reach you in the same condition as they leave our warehouse.

  • 📦 Packaging Care: We use premium packing materials and share images of the product and packaged box with the buyer before dispatch.

  • 💰 Shipping Charges:  We are currently only shipping in India and a shipping fee of ₹80 applies to all orders with 1 car. For Orders containing quantity between 2 to 4 cars, the shipping fee is ₹100. For Orders containing quantity between 5 to 8 cars, the shipping fee is ₹150. For orders of more than 9 cars, the shipping fee is ₹200 covering any courier/postage charges. All orders are processed and shipped within 1- 3 Business days via Any Pvt. Courier. Standard Delivery time is 3 to 10 business days in India.

  • ⏱ Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days via Private Courier or India Post. Transit time is 3 to 10 days. Our packages are shipped out Monday to Friday before 3pm. All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

  • ⚠️ Delays: In rare cases of unavoidable delays, if an order cannot be shipped within 10 working days, the full order amount will be refunded to the buyer.

  • For any returns or refunds queries, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. 
  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Information
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin-codes for orders with:

Minimum Order value - ₹599
Maximum order value: ₹2499

💰 COD Partial Payment:
A ₹89 partial payment is required to confirm the COD order
This must be paid in advance to confirm the COD order.

🔁 Refund Policy for COD partial payment:
The ₹89 partial payment is refundable only if we are unable to ship the order to the selected pin-code.
In all other cases, this partial payment remains non-refundable

📞 Order Confirmation Process:
Our team will call the buyer within 24 hours of order placement to confirm the COD order.
Once the partial payment is made, the order will be processed.

📦 Dispatch Timeline:
COD orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation and payment of the COD fee.

💳 Payment at Delivery:
The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

COD order are processed solely at our discretion. If an order appears suspicious or the buyer has previously defaulted, the order may be automatically canceled.
