At Wheels Culture, we value our collectors and strive to deliver every product with care. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our return and refund policy below.
This Refund and Return policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.wheelsculture.com
⏱ Return Window
We offer a 1-days return policy. This means customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.
✅ Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The buyer receives a different product than the one ordered.

The buyer receives a damaged product (excluding outer packaging damage).
⚠️ Returns are not accepted for any other reasons. We provide detailed and genuine product descriptions, and encourage customers to review them carefully before purchase.
🎥 Proof of Damage
For faster processing, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing with a visible time stamp. This serves as proof if you need to initiate a return or refund.
📨 Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@wheelsculture.com with your order number and proof of damage or mail us at: Wheels Culture, Mini Bypass Road Lakrifazalpur, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, 244001.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back. In such cases Wheels Culture will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect item.

🔁 Exchanges
We only accept exchanges in case a buyer receives a damaged or different product. Exchanges are however based on stock availability.
Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
QC Issues/ Technical Glitch
In rare case of events if an order placed for a particular product fails the QC inspection before dispatch or if due to some technical glitch an order is placed for an out of stock product, full refund will be initiated immediately and same will be communicated to the buyer. In such circumstances we cannot be held responsible for not shipping the particular product.
Non-Delivery of the Product
There are chances of unsuccessful deliveries by our logistics partner, in the following cases we cannot be held responsible for the same. In case the customer provides an incorrect address or pin code. If the Customer is not available at the time of delivery and they are unable to co-ordinate with the delivery partner. These conditions may lead to chances of missing or unsuccessful delivery of the product. Incase the customer gives the office address and the customer is not available at the office location, in such case our logistics partner will try to reach the customer, however in case of non-response the product will be returned back or given to the security personnel or reception. Wrong landline/Mobile number or Extension number, which may not allow the delivery partner to reach the recipient for the delivery, may further lead to returning of the order back to us. In rare case events if the order is returned back to origin, the company will co-ordinate with the buyer post receiving the order, we may re-attempt to dispatch the order for an additional shipping fee. In case the buyer cancels the order, we will refund the value of them items ordered. Shipping fee however remains non-refundable and we also deduct additional ₹50 as packaging cost & ₹100 as RTO charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Information
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin-codes for orders with:
Minimum Order value 499+ Shipping
Maximum order value: ₹2999
💰 COD Partial Payment:
A ₹89 partial payment is required to confirm the COD order
This must be paid in advance to confirm the COD order.
🔁 Refund Policy for COD partial payment:
The ₹89 partial payment is refundable only if we are unable to ship the order to the selected pin-code.
In all other cases, this partial payment remains non-refundable
📞 Order Confirmation Process:
Our team will call the buyer within 24 hours of order placement to confirm the COD order.
Once the partial payment is made, the order will be processed.
📦 Dispatch Timeline:
COD orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
💳 Payment at Delivery:
The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
